Aone's Application (Accepted)

I have used the precursor Aone on all my MMO characters, in wow AoneRogue or AoneHunter That way people always knew it was me... So to start AoneSmuggler

2. Class (Jedi Consular, Jedi Knight, Smuggler, or Trooper):*
In WoW I had one of every class type through Linche King just to be able to help where I could. I want to start as a Smuggler, but could be infuenced to play something else if the guild needed it...

3. Please describe your knowledge of Star Wars? The more detailed the better, please:
Well like most I have seen all the movies, played Galaxies a little, read man Star Wars book spinoffs... I seem to remember little technical stuff from the movies and books.. I followed Luke through his whole acadamy series, and Han through his pre Star Wars life as an emperial pilot... Played KOTOR I / II

Guild Name (Reason for leaving if applies): Sons of the Fallen Ones

-Name: AoneRogue, AoneHunter, AoneShaman, AonePriest thu all of them
-Level: several 80's and varying levels down to 45 or so I had 12 characters LOL
-Server:Smolderthorn
-Class: All of them ;^) Respectfully
-Race: Mix of all of them, I liked the undead ;^)

OK, MMO experience.. Well I was at the start guys, I may be dating myself.. Ultima Online kinda started this all and then everquest came soon after.. I have played and helped run many guilds over the years through EQ I 2 Wow... I enjoy MMO's... I have always tried to help my guild and have always found myself elevated to a guild leadership role and have never demanded it. I stayed with and helped build SOTFO in Wow. When I joined we didnt have a voice server or website... I worked with the guild leader and officers to help provide and build it all. I left the guild mainly because I was burnt out on WOW after many years of play... I am still friends with many of my old guild mates and they will probably be following me here...


5. What type of role do you wish to take within the guild? How do you plan to be active? Please be specific.*
Well like I have said I have many talents and would be happy to help build the guild in any way I can..From being and active player, PVP partner, realm protector of our guilds troops.. (which to me means anytime a guild member is attacked pvp, guardian stop there leveling and go help, we might not can save the member on the first time, but we can make this pig wish they never have heard of us LOL) and if desired I would be happy to help out in leadeship or moderator roles. I have built several guild websites and understand the ins and outs of how to help maintain forums and such... Like I have said I would like to start as a Smuggler, but if the guild needs something specific... Let me know....

6. Why do you feel the Army of Light is a good fit for you?
Hmm, I took this quiz and it said you guys were perfect for me!!!! I came over and read your sites rules and such and ever if we are pre launch you guys seem to have what I like, a nice site, members, and a level of maturity.... I have never been a fan of temper tantrums from 10 yr old MMO players... ;^)

7. What do you expect of the guild? Please be specific.
I think Rambo said it best... For a Guild to love me as much as I love it!!!! LOL I want to help build a guild and make it sucessful, and I would hope the guild would give back to its members and be fair. I like PVE and PVP so hopefully we can find a mixture of all... But I do know that a guild that is not fair and understanding never last... Hopefully we can all work together to make this one the best... I know it sounds like I'm campaining, but I'm not Im really face value.... ;^)

Well like I say I played UO EQ 1 and 2 WOW, star Trek (What a Joke that was) I like to PVE and PVP I have fun at it all... I will say that I take my characters serious.. When I play a role, I dont haf A it.. When I was a damage dealer as a rogue I always beat the warlocks in Kara in damage, if I played a healer I had the gear to do it right... My theory is, either DO or Dont do!!!!

That quiz said we were to be together, and I breazed over and read your site....

Yes I read what was available on the the website and forums... Seems like you have a good initial structure...

I think that I do... with respect can I reffer you to the previous answers I think I answered some of these early.... I am willing to do what makes the guild better!!!

I am a pretty laid back person, like to have fun in MMO's, am very loyal... I can respect many different view even if I dont totally agree with them. I want to see the guild I am in become one of the best on the server we choose... I am competitive so I dont like to loose pvp matches or get wiped on PVE raids, but I know it happens, if it does lets decide how to do it better.... Not just blame one person... There will be a huge learning curve with a new game... I am choosing a smuggler because I think there will be a lot of people wanting to be JEDI and I have a feeling we will need utility class characters as well....

Short of the TOR website, is there other websites that have good information about the game?  I am trying to understand how these characters work....
