Current Guild Class Needs --| Smugglers, Troopers |-- (as of 7/2/11)

At the moment, we seem to have Damage Dealers (DPS) and Damage Absorbers
(Tanks) covered in the form of many Jedi Knights and some Troopers.

We perhaps shall require more Healers and Crowd Controllers. At this
point, it seems that this means more Sages (Jedi Consulars) and
Scoundrels (Smugglers). (EDIT: This could also include more Commandos as they have a Medic tree.)

Just something to keep in mind as we examine our classes and our future recruits.

UPDATE: We have seen a nice influx of Jedi Consulars this past month since my original posts, which should greatly help our need for Healers, Buffers, and Crowd Controllers.

Therefore, our needs have become slightly less specific once again (which is a good thing.)

To take it back to a Class-needs breakdown, our recruitment priority would look like this:
Smuggler: High
Trooper: Medium-High
Jedi Consular: Medium
Jedi Knight: Low

Now, that does not mean that we'd deny a good applicant just because he or she wishes to be a class of which the guild already has many. We would never dictate to our members something such as what Republic class they can play. This is simply an update based around the records I keep for the guild.
